How does the free trial work?

The free trial period is 30 days. No credit card required. If you decide to continue with the service, at the end of the 30 days, you will be required to enter your credit card details.
Does the free trial include all Lodgix features?

Yes, the trial includes EVERY feature Lodgix offers. There is no difference between the trial version and paid version of Lodgix.
How can I cancel?

You can cancel at any time. You'll only be charged for the service through the month you cancel. Cancellation is done from within Lodgix. No phone call is required.
Sorry, but we don't issue refunds and we don't prorate for partial months.
Is there a contract involved?

No. Lodgix is a pay-as-you-go service with no contracts. Pay month-to-month, and if you decide to cancel, you'll be billed for the current month, but you won't be billed again.
Does Lodgix assess channel fees?

Yes, in addition to the flat monthly fee, there is a 0.5% fee for all reservations from Airbnb and VRBO. There are no fees assessed for bookings from your website or those entered manually into Lodgix. A full list of all channels and their associated fees can be found here
How can I pay for Lodgix?

Pay for Lodgix on our secure server with your Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express.
Can I change plans at any time?

Sure thing. Simply click on the "Manage Billing" menu item within your dashboard to see your options Upgrade or downgrade at your leisure.
