Upstairs is the main living area and includes kitchen, living room, dining area and two bedrooms with two full baths. Separately accessed from outside is the downstairs bedroom with a kitchenette. The laundry room is located in the garage.
This home comes fully furnished to include linens, towels, soap, shampoo, pots and pans, toaster, spices, blender, and other necessities. It offers both a Keurig and traditional style coffee maker.
The 2nd story deck looks down the canals into Aransas Bay. A fire pit, charcoal grill, and plenty of outdoor seating are part of the package. For the fishing enthusiast, there is a large waterfront dock, underwater fishing light, live bait well, and fish cleaning stand.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing and confirmed no later than 45 days prior to your check-in date. All cancellations are subject to a fee. If you cancel 45 days prior to your check-in date, you will receive a full refund less 25% cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 45 days from your check-in date you are subject to lose your entire deposit balance. Unusual and/or extenuating circumstances may be dealt with on a case by case basis at the discretion of Rockport Living Vacation Rentals.
A payment of 50% of the total rental fee is required when booking a reservation. Payment in form of check, cashier's check or money order must be received within 5 days of the date reservation is made. If you prefer to use a credit card a 3% convenience will apply. You will receive an email confirmation of the payment and details of the reservation. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to your check-in date. Reservations placed within 30 days of check-in date will require payment in full at the time of booking by credit or debit card. We only accept checks on reservations made more that 30 days before the check-in date to allow time for processing. Please reference reservation dates and confirmation number when sending checks.
